Kakunko Junmai Dai Ginjyo 花薰光


An incredible fruity-floral bouquet fills the air as Kakunko is poured. Created using Yamadaho, the matriarch of the prized Yamadanishiki rice, its bountiful and lingering aroma is layered with a complex flavor.

在店中最貴的Sake, 到底喝起來是啥味道
非常的香, 有種中國白酒得味道, 但是有不嗆口
入口後有點偏酸得味道像零檬得感覺但不會這麼酸
層次感也是萬壽比不上的
不過酒味實在比較重
可能是因為是生酒的關係
讓人意想不到的是喝完之後喝啤酒
竟然超好喝, 後味有蜂蜜的味道
