Ruby-red. Pure aromas of blackberry, cassis, violet and bitter chocolate. Fresh and juicy, with sappy flavors of dark berries and violet. Conveys a lovely sweetness, but finishes with a slight tart edge.

1999 Chateau Clinet Pomerol

Ruby-red. Aromas of currant, mocha and roasted oak, along with a whiff of prune. Very sweet, layered and opulent; utterly silky and suave. Very long, expanding finish features fairly substantial tannins.

2001 Pavillon Rouge De Chateau Margaux

Bright medium ruby. Blackberry, licorice and a whiff of tobacco on the cool nose. Sweet and moderately dense, with currant and oak flavors. Not in the same class as the 2000 in terms of stuffing and grip. Finishes with slightly dusty tannins and good length.

Chateau Le Petit Cheval一開始開瓶的香氣不錯但是入口略硬及澀.再一小時多之後就非常優了
Chateau Clinet剛開瓶像Groth的甜味但是少一點. 開半小時後就不錯喝. 單寧屬於低. 99年底部已經有沈澱了
Pavillon Rouge De Chateau Margaux一開瓶甜味非常濃...令人驚訝的是很像Carbernet但是沒有一般的酸味. 而且剛開瓶就有不錯的表現. 小刀第一口就覺得很正. Eric也是最喜歡這隻.
William覺得三瓶不相上下各有喜好. 但是Pavillon Rouge De Chateau Margaux是大眾接受的口味

這瓶和一般加州的Muscat完全不一樣, 但據William說屬於標準澳洲Muscat
開瓶有蜂蜜的香氣, 但入口是棗子的味道. 但是對Brian來說還是太甜.
