2004 Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhone Villages

這瓶可是跟Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhone不一樣唷
雖然Brian之前是想買 2003 Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhone
當然也是因為在神之水滴出現過的原因啦, 但是因為早賣完了所以只有選這瓶
這瓶酒是和Louis Jadot Chablis 2004一起買的
Rhone和Rhone Villages可是兩個不同產區唷
昨天Brian和William下廚, 菜色包括牛排羊排烤生蠔還有龍蝦
大家吃的大呼過癮
這瓶酒是在開完2001 Haut Carles Fronsac之後才開的
放入decanter之後, 大約30mins開始先試喝..還不是很好
入口後有點甜味以及澀味
再過20mins左右就完全ok了
顏色比較淡一點的紅寶石色
果香味以及酒味比較重一點, 有點硬, 真的是很適合烤肉來搭配
酒精濃度在14.5%

Côtes du Rhône Village 'Terre d’Argile' 2005
This vintage, an assembly of three grape varieties (Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah), comes from the wonderful red clay pebbly grounded soil located to the north of Courthézon. Syrahs and Mourvèdres benefit from a very important green harvest (30 to 40% is removed).
The result is a ruby red wine with flavors of red ruits, spices, bitter chocolate, where mouth sensation is complex and nervious , with fat and well-worked tannins, and where we can feel the power of Syrahs and Mourvèdres though smoothened through barrel elevage Grape variety : 1/3 Syrah 1/3 Grenache 1/3 Mourvèdre - Maceration : 18 to 21 days - manual must pressing once a day - Elevage 60% in barrels (1/3 new) (syrah mourvèdres), 40% in vat (grenache).

果然現在喝還太年輕了
